One doctor prescribed pills, and another prescribed a steroid cream, however, neither worked. Over the course of a few months, Emani consulted various doctors hoping to find a solution. Additionally, she became very insecure about the blemishes to the extent of no longer wearing short sleeve shirts, shorts or even a bathing suit. However, in the beginning of 2020, she had her most challenging eczema flare up, which left behind many dark blemishes that simply wouldn't go away.
Inspired by her lifelong struggle with eczema, and sensitive skin, Emani began making and testing skincare products on herself in 2016. The women in her family taught her that the simplest ingredients can do the magic, without tons of chemicals that cause skin irritations, breakouts, and/or illness.
